Passports are needed when travelling outside of your home country. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of your trip. Travellers should also be able to show documentation confirming their ability to financially maintain themselves during their stay, as well as tickets and entry documents for their next destination.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas prior to the departure of your trip. Depending on your nationality, you may need visas to enter certain countries included on your trip. Please note that obtaining visas can take up to six weeks prior to your departure and in some instances, you may require a multi-entry visa if you are entering the same country more than once. It is strongly advised that you consult the local Consulate or Embassy of the country you are visiting well in advance to determine which visas they require and how to obtain them.
We strongly recommend that all guests have a travel insurance policy to ensure your peace of mind before and while travelling. It's important that you protect yourself in case of trip cancellations, an interruption for any reason, baggage delays or loss of baggage and medical expenses.

Regardless of destination, all travellers should be up-to-date with their routine "background" vaccinations including a recent annual influenza vaccination. Please consult a medical practitioner for your specific risk to these preventable diseases and the appropriate avoidance measures.
If you are taking medication or suffer from any form of illness, ensure you have an adequate supply of medication before departing for your holiday. Medications that are legal in Australia may be illegal in other countries. Electrical plugs and outlets differ throughout the world. We recommend bringing a universal travel adaptor that’s suitable for the countries to which you are travelling.
We have introduced these enhanced hygiene protocols – for you, our other travellers, and our team members. An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitisers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practises throughout your travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage, or requests from our professional teams in-destination. In choosing to travel with Adventure World Travel, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Let’s help keep each other safe and healthy.
